directly on your eyes, which allow you to see without the aid of your
eyeglasses. Contact lenses come in all types of prescriptions and can fit
almost anyone.
Contact lenses require some care since they are positioned directly on your eye.
We will teach you how to insert and remove them and how to clean and care for
them.
Even children can wear contact lenses. Most children can explore the option of
wearing contact lenses around the age of 12 as long as they show responsibility
and interest enough to cleanse them and properly care for them.
Many patients enjoy the feeling of being free from their eyeglasses at different
times of the day or during specific activities.
In recent years, the use of contact lenses have become quite versatile. Colored

Since the contact lenses are positioned directly on your eye, the correct fit is
essential to your eye health and vision. At Champlain Valley Eyecare, we require you to be properly fitted to your
contacts by Dr. Aquistapace. You can expect a follow-up appointment to certify that you are positioning your
contact lenses correctly and that your vision is as expected.
Once your contact lenses fitting process is complete, you may order lenses from
us to meet your needs until your annual check up the following year.
